Description
The Quality Engineer will support and lead operations teams and engineers in evaluating, trending, and reporting internal and external non-conformances; develop and manage quality-engineer development plans; review the production environment for compliance issues; coordinate failure investigations and corrective and preventive actions; and analyze reject data from production inspection and QC testing to drive improvements. The role requires cross-functional leadership, independent initiative, logical decision-making, and the ability to meet deadlines, with prior experience in quality or engineering leadership, Kaizen events, and QMS or manufacturing audits preferred.
