Description
FISBA is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for its Saco, Maine facility. The role owns incoming and outgoing inspection processes, performs quality inspections, manages inspection equipment, supports the Quality Management System, and collaborates with process owners on quality processes, process validation, production transfers, nonconformance, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience, with medical device manufacturing experience preferred. Compensation is listed as an annual range of $95,000 to $120,000, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), and paid leave benefits.
