Description
OutSystems is hiring an AI Quality Engineer to lead quality strategy for AI-powered products and complex microservices. The role covers AI-first test planning, automation with AI coding assistants, advanced test design for prompts and model behavior, defect triage, CI/CD quality gates, quality reporting, and team mentorship. Candidates need advanced experience with AI coding assistants and LLMs, Agile delivery experience, proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript, and modern testing frameworks, with less than five years of Quality Engineering or Software Development experience. The base salary is 155k–178k.
