Description
Nuix is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to lead and define exploratory testing across its product portfolio. The role owns the exploratory testing strategy, risk-prioritized cross-product coverage, testing pyramid rebalancing, coverage-gap analysis, AI-assisted testing pilots, and mentorship of junior quality engineers and offshore SDETs. It requires at least 8 years of experience in quality engineering, SDET, or software testing, along with expertise in structured exploratory testing, microservices, CI/CD, and both SaaS and on-premises products. The position is based in Nuix's Sydney office with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
