Description
Powell Canada is hiring a Senior Quality Inspector for its Edmonton Electrical Division. The role performs visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections and testing of switchgear and other electrical products, investigates failures, documents non-conformities, coordinates with production and customers, participates in factory acceptance testing, and leads and trains a small team of inspectors. The position requires a high school or trade diploma, 3–5 years of electrical equipment quality inspection experience, electrical and mechanical knowledge, ability to read engineering drawings, and proficiency in English. It is a permanent, safety-sensitive manufacturing role requiring physical work, occasional outside activities, and the ability to work at heights and with ladders and scaffolding.
