Description
The Senior Quality Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the site Quality organization, serving as a Site QA Head designee. The role owns the site Quality strategy, Quality Management System, regulatory compliance, quality escalations, post-market processes, risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement while leading and developing the Quality team. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline, at least seven years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience in a regulated industry, and three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
