Forterra is hiring a Senior Quality Manager to support a large autonomous research client in the Clarksburg, Maryland area. The role leads quality management, CAPA and nonconformance investigations, audits, APQP and PPAP processes, configuration management, customer quality reviews, continuous improvement, and team performance. It requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least six years of quality management and supervisory experience in defense, aerospace, medical, or automotive manufacturing, and up to 20% travel. The position offers a $135,000–$175,000 base salary, equity, healthcare benefits, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits.
