Description
Dropzone AI is hiring a Quality Engineer to establish and scale quality practices for AI-driven software. The role owns testing systems for deterministic and probabilistic behavior, integrates validation into CI and release workflows, promotes shift-left quality, expands testing across integration, system, stress, and full-workflow layers, maintains instrumented test environments, and builds reusable test tooling. The position requires at least five years of software quality or test engineering experience, Python proficiency, containerized development experience, and hands-on evaluation of LLMs or other probabilistic technologies. It is fully remote with company-provided equipment, occasional professional travel, and a base salary of $150,000–$165,000 USD.
