Description
Lucid is hiring a Senior Quality Systems Engineer to own and execute quality systems, QMS platform enablement, executive reporting, supplier quality initiatives, and launch-readiness activities. The role partners with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supplier Quality, Supplier Industrialization Engineering, and external suppliers to develop tools, workflows, dashboards, processes, and training; supports the Auros QMS platform; and improves supplier and launch performance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of automotive quality tools and standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, JIRA, Coupa, and Tableau.
