The Senior Quality Systems Engineer supports complex quality-system compliance initiatives across the Arden Hills site and partnering divisions, including CAPA, audit readiness, regulatory inspections, quality-system remediation, and cross-functional improvement projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, quality, or a related technical discipline with at least five years of experience, or a master's degree with at least three years of experience, along with extensive knowledge of medical-device regulations and quality-system processes. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the local office and offers a minimum salary of $85,000 and a maximum salary of $161,500.
