Description
The Collaboration Tools Integration Lead supports ServiceNow IT by owning the integration, migration, and decommissioning of collaboration and productivity platforms for acquired companies. The role manages decisions and execution across 3–4 acquisitions, including application rationalization, tenant-to-tenant migrations, workspace consolidation, and coordination with IAM, Security, and HR. It requires senior project management or delivery leadership experience, hands-on collaboration-platform exposure, and the ability to work with United States stakeholders.
