Galliford Try is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Building London South East team. Based in London with regional travel, the role manages the commercial delivery of construction projects from tender through final account, including subcontract packages, change management, commercial risk, monthly reporting, cost planning, forecasting, and cost analysis. It also involves managing and developing junior Quantity Surveyors. Candidates should have relevant qualifications or experience, ideally MCIOB or MRICS membership, CSCS certification, and familiarity with standard forms of contract and CEMAR and Oracle cost management systems.
