Description
Costain is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage assigned commercial activities for the Living Water Enterprise, supporting Northumbrian Water’s AMP8 strategic infrastructure upgrade programme. The role covers commercial risk, liabilities, exposures, opportunities, cost control, value for money, and contract compliance across the programme lifecycle. The position is primarily office/site based four to five days per week and may involve independently managing a small commercial team or reporting to a senior commercial leader.
