Description
AECOM is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management and procurement services across industrial, commercial, residential, infrastructure, and government projects. The role involves estimating, cost control, budgeting, tender processes, client-facing cost reporting, and the development of company-wide cost procedures, using BIM, Presto, and other digital tools. Candidates need a Spanish technical degree, 7–10 years of cost-management experience, proficiency with BIM and Presto, and fluency in English and Spanish; international project experience is preferred. The position requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office and may include flexible work options.
