JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support construction project teams by managing costs, contracts, budgets, estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, variations, and site progress assessments. The role also involves coordinating with project managers and stakeholders, mentoring junior quantity surveyors, and ensuring financial and contractual compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field, at least 10 years of construction quantity surveying experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with relevant software; MRICS or similar professional qualification is advantageous.
