Description
The Joseph Gallagher Group is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Mold, with an 8am–5pm Monday-to-Friday schedule and competitive salary. The role reports to the Project Director and supports a significant Chester-based project, maintaining an on-site presence while managing cost forecasting, commercial reporting, valuations, payment applications, procurement schedules, subcontractor and supplier accounts, contract administration, change management, commercial risk, value engineering, and project cost tracking. Candidates need at least five years of quantity surveying experience, including two years at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level, with shafts and tunnelling project experience essential.
