Description
Following the acquisition of Littlewood Group, Network Plus is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will support the Commercial Manager, driving efficiencies, managing costs, and overseeing all financial aspects of projects. They will ensure desired margin returns, identify and track risks and opportunities, monitor expenditures, handle changes, maintain accurate records, prepare applications, track payments, negotiate final accounts, and provide monthly reporting.
