Freedom’s Major Projects & Connections team is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bridgewater to manage the contractual and financial elements of a major electrical and civil works project. The role reports to the Senior Commercial Manager and covers contract administration, measurement and valuation, cash flow forecasting, invoicing, debt recovery, dispute resolution, supply chain management, project reviews, and commercial team development. Candidates should have prior senior quantity surveying experience, strong commercial performance management experience, NEC3/4 contract knowledge, a relevant degree or HNC, and advanced Excel skills; civil engineering and construction experience is desirable.
