Description
Freedom is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Leeds for a permanent hybrid role supporting the Networks business unit across large electrical and civil frameworks and major standalone projects. The position reports to the Commercial Manager and involves managing NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts, quotations, valuations, variations, final accounts, supply chain and subcontractor accounts, cash flow forecasts, project reviews, client meetings, and dispute resolution. Candidates should have strong NEC3/4 knowledge, quantity surveying or similar experience, Excel proficiency, and a relevant degree or HNC with relevant experience.
