Freedom’s Major Projects & Connections team is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London to manage the contractual and financial elements of a major project involving large electrical and civil works. The role reports to the Senior Commercial Manager and covers NEC3/4 and JCT contracts, measurement and valuation, early warnings and compensation events, cash flow forecasting, CVRs, project reviews, invoicing, debt recovery, dispute resolution, supply-chain contract management, and commercial team development. Candidates should have previous senior quantity surveying experience, strong NEC3/4 knowledge, a relevant degree or HNC with relevant experience, and advanced Excel skills; civil engineering and construction experience is desirable.
