Winthrop Technologies Ltd is hiring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP/CSA) for its project team in Skelleftea, Sweden. The role manages the commercial and contractual lifecycle of large-scale data centre construction projects, including budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, change orders, contract administration, financial control, and commercial advice. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related discipline, at least eight years of quantity surveying experience, and strong construction cost control, procurement, contract administration, negotiation, analytical, and financial management capabilities.
