The role is responsible for all on-site quantity surveying services for assigned building projects, including contract administration, cost control, financial and contractual matters, and handling contractual claims. The position requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies, seven years of relevant building-project experience, knowledge of measurement and contractual skills, proficiency in Chinese and English, and strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, team-management, and problem-solving abilities.
