Description
QuEra is hiring a Senior Quantum Engineer in Boston to help integrate, test, operate, and commercialize a next-generation neutral-atom quantum computer. The role spans machine-build system integration, hardware and software feature integration, QPU performance and reliability optimization, operations-team development, customer support, roadmap input, and collaboration with software, product, commercial, applications, and solutions teams. It requires a Ph.D. in experimental AMO physics or a related field, at least six years of hands-on experience building or operating neutral-atom or trapped-ion systems, software and programming knowledge, strong multidisciplinary communication, and willingness to provide on-call operational support.
