Boston Scientific is hiring a Senior R&D Manager, Software/Firmware in Montreal, Canada, to lead the software and firmware engineering group for its Pulsed-Field Ablation product. The hands-on manager will direct engineers, manage development plans and resources, oversee compliance with industry and regulatory requirements, collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and other engineering teams, and support product design, validation, usability, and manufacturability. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of software or hardware engineering experience, at least four years leading people, and experience in medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
