Decision Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Senior Radar Program Manager in Virginia Beach, Virginia, for a 100% on-site, in-office role supporting a U.S. Navy Surveillance and Advanced Radars Engineering and Logistics contract. The position leads radar engineering and logistics activities, manages subcontractors and contractor facilities, oversees repair and installation operations, maintains ISO-9001 certification, manages budgets and financial execution, provides customer reporting, and supports fleet and shipboard programs. Required qualifications include a master’s degree in an engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business discipline, 40 years of engineering or acquisition experience, at least 15 years as a government program manager, and at least 30 years of experience with U.S. Navy radar, combat, or weapon systems; DAWIA Level II, PMP, or equivalent certification is also required.
