Superconductor is hiring a very senior Rails developer to act as the architect, reviewer, and quality guardian for a fleet of AI coding agents. The role focuses on reviewing AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, security, and standards; defining architecture and coding conventions; writing architectural decision records and agent instructions; and jumping into production incidents as needed.
