Description
Micron Technology is hiring an ID1 RAM Quality Engineer to support Realtime Defect Analysis and metrology operations in semiconductor manufacturing. The role develops quality control systems, sampling strategies, SPC compliance, and Wafer at Risk processes; analyzes defect and process data; drives excursion mitigation and process improvements; conducts audits and FMEA activities; monitors program health metrics; and collaborates with global manufacturing and cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, at least five years of RDA, HVM, TD, or 300mm semiconductor manufacturing experience, and five years of semiconductor fabrication process experience.
