Micron Technology is hiring a Sustaining Engineer for its RDA (Real-time Defect Analysis) team to lead quality, yield improvement, and excursion prevention across the semiconductor manufacturing line. The role involves root-cause analysis of complex defects, SPC and large-scale data monitoring, cross-functional leadership, prioritization, automation, and knowledge development. Candidates need Japanese and English communication skills, semiconductor or manufacturing quality and improvement experience, data-analysis and root-cause experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, semiconductor process knowledge, and experience with JMP, Python, or Tableau.
