Description
Radiant is hiring a Senior Reactor Operations Engineer to design and implement mission-critical procedures for operators managing nuclear microreactors. The role combines systems engineering, operator qualification, hardware and software testing, digital twin and human-machine interface development, and DOE or NRC compliance. It requires 6–7+ years of engineering experience, a regulated-industry background, and preferably nuclear operations experience; the position is 100% onsite at Radiant’s El Segundo headquarters with 50–60% travel as needed.
