Description
The role manages development and construction finance across multiple real estate projects, including budget-to-actual analysis, project controls in Yardi, construction loan draw administration, vendor and invoice coordination, reconciliations, compliance reporting, and process improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 5–8+ years of real estate development accounting experience, significant affordable housing exposure, and strong Yardi, Excel, and LIHTC knowledge.
