Foundry Commercial is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a commercial office portfolio. The role oversees property operations, tenant and client relations, budgets and financial reporting, lease administration, vendor and contractor management, maintenance and capital improvements, inspections, compliance, risk management, reporting, and strategic planning. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of commercial property management experience including two to three years in a senior or leadership role, strong knowledge of commercial real estate and lease structures, proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.
