LemFi is hiring a Reconciliation and Investigation/Resolution Supervisor in London to lead day-to-day reconciliation operations for bank, P2P, merchant, and credit-card transactions. The role owns transaction-quality assurance, discrepancy investigation and resolution, dispute-SLA performance, audit cycles, partner reporting, process improvements, and insight-led reporting to Finance leadership, while coaching the team and stepping into the Reconciliations Manager's responsibilities when needed. Candidates need at least five years of high-volume fintech reconciliation experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of payment and settlement chains, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage rotating weekend and bank-holiday coverage.
