Description
The Senior Specialist, R2R Service Delivery leads end-to-end Record-to-Report activities for Anthesis Finance Shared Service Centre, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, bank reconciliations, complex journal entries, intercompany postings, balance-sheet reconciliations, audit support, control improvements, and close-governance standardization. The role also guides junior team members and contributes to automation and efficiency initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant accounting or business field, 4–7 years of R2R experience, and proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Xero, or NetSuite. The position is hybrid, with one onsite day per week at the Ortigas office.
