Bloom Healthcare is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for in-home primary care providers, hospice clinicians, clinical office staff, and select business roles. The role partners with hiring leaders, develops clinical talent pipelines, manages sourcing and recruiting operations, maintains compliance, and delivers a high-quality candidate experience. It is a hybrid, on-site position in Lakewood, Colorado, with a stated annual compensation range of $100,000 to $130,000 plus potential performance-based bonuses and benefits.
