Cielo is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Norwood, Massachusetts, on a hybrid schedule. The role leads recruitment intake, sourcing, candidate evaluation, pipeline development, offer support, and recruiter mentoring while serving as a subject-matter expert for hiring leaders. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, significant recruiting experience, pharmaceutical R&D experience, ATS and social media familiarity, HR knowledge, consulting and sourcing skills, and OFCCP knowledge. The starting salary range is $62,308 to $89,079, with an annual bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
