CowManager is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing international AgriTech company. The role partners with hiring managers, the executive team, and international stakeholders; sources candidates, develops recruitment strategy, improves selection and candidate experience, supports employer branding, and coordinates recruitment across CowManager’s entities in New Zealand, America, and Germany. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Harmelen, Netherlands, with a salary of €4,000–€5,500 and a variable annual bonus of up to 10%.
