ECI is hiring a Senior Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner for full-cycle recruitment of technical, non-technical, and hard-to-fill positions. The role partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing and recruiting strategies, builds talent pipelines, conducts behavioral interviews, manages candidate experience and employer branding, and improves recruiting effectiveness. It is an onsite position for employees commutable to ECI's Manila office and requires at least five years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting and hard-to-fill positions.
