The Senior Recruiter will execute the FRB’s recruitment strategy by sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding talent, while managing job postings, candidate pipelines, recruiting agencies, compliance, recruitment metrics, and general HR support. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in person at either the Rockville Centre or New York City location, and offers an expected annual salary of $85,000-$95,000 with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
