Description
Hermeus is hiring a Recruiter to support its SG&A and Operations organizations. The role partners with hiring managers across finance, people operations, legal, facilities, business development, and operations; develops recruiting strategies and talent pipelines; sources and screens candidates; coordinates interviews; and maintains records in Lever. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, at least six years of full-cycle recruiting experience, sourcing and ATS experience, and strong relationships with passive candidates.
