Indeed Flex is hiring a Senior Recruiter to build and manage high-volume worker pipelines across U.S. markets, particularly the greater Chicagoland area. The role covers sourcing, screening, AI-interview review, onboarding follow-up, hiring events, worker coaching, market research, stakeholder collaboration, and recruitment-quality improvement. It requires full-cycle recruiting judgment, AI-enabled recruiting tools, data literacy, frequent travel, and a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work, and offers $55,000 to $80,000 annually plus a performance-based bonus and medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
