iSpeedToLead is hiring a full-cycle IT Recruiter to manage recruitment from intake through offer, source and headhunt technical and business candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS and hiring-pipeline data, and partner with hiring managers. The role requires at least four years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
