Kiddom is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own and manage multiple searches, build active and passive talent pipelines, source candidates through social platforms, Boolean searches, databases, and referrals, and partner with business stakeholders on hiring needs. The role requires at least five years of progressive business or technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, and the ability to work across multiple functions. The position is full time, pays $130,000–$160,000 annually, and includes medical, dental, vision, equity, retirement, and other benefits.
