Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its Sydney office to own the full-cycle recruiting process across go-to-market teams in the region. The role is responsible for sourcing passive candidates, closing offers, improving hiring workflows with data and AI tools, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Candidates need at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong people and data skills, authorization to work in Australia, and the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement.
