Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Recruiter to build and manage talent pipelines for its commercial real estate divisions, source candidates through LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, social media, and employee referrals, screen and interview applicants, prepare recruitment materials, and support hiring managers. The role is based in the company’s Washington, D.C. office five days per week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., requires candidates to be in the Eastern Standard Time zone, and demands at least five years of commercial real estate recruiting experience.
