Nidus is hiring a Senior Recruiter to partner with founders and hiring managers on highly technical searches for autonomous manufacturing systems. The role owns talent mapping, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interview process design, and closing, while also improving recruiting systems and practices. Candidates should have significant experience recruiting highly technical talent, strong sourcing ability, business judgment, and the ability to understand and communicate with technical candidates.
