Description
Standard Bots is hiring a Senior Recruiter to build and manage full-cycle manufacturing recruiting pipelines across its factory floor, from entry-level assembly technicians to plant managers and manufacturing engineers. The role owns outbound sourcing, multi-channel outreach, candidate experience, interview processes, offer conversations, and hiring infrastructure, while reporting to the Head of Recruiting. It is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Glen Cove, New York manufacturing facility, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
