Vox Media is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for editorial, podcast/audio, revenue, and operations roles across the company. The role partners with hiring managers and senior leaders, builds talent pipelines, manages concurrent searches, coordinates interviews, handles offers and negotiations, tracks recruiting metrics, and advises hiring teams on the media, journalism, and podcasting talent landscape. It is a permanent, full-time position in the New York City office, benefits-eligible, and pays $100,000–$125,000 USD in base salary.
