ZEDEDA is hiring a full-cycle Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and executive leadership on Engineering, Sales, and G&A recruiting. The role owns sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, candidate experience, ATS records, pipeline reporting, and hiring-process improvements. Candidates should have 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical Engineering and go-to-market Sales and Marketing roles, with strong sourcing, stakeholder-management, and ATS skills. The position offers a base pay range of $150,000–$190,000, performance-based bonuses, medical benefits, hybrid work flexibility, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
