RunRemote is hiring a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for remote staffing opportunities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate briefing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up. The role is 100% remote, part-time, and independent-contractor based in the Philippines, with commission-only compensation and reporting to the Australian time zone. Candidates need at least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong technical sourcing and headhunting skills, and experience in the Philippine market.
