Microsoft is hiring a Senior Recruiter and Metro Lead supporting Cloud Operations + Innovation to lead talent acquisition strategy and execution for a priority datacenter metro. The role partners with metro leadership, hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop hiring plans, analyze talent markets, source and close candidates, improve candidate experience, and support compliance and local community initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of talent acquisition, HR, or related experience, or equivalent experience; the typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400-$203,600 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan areas.
